The majority of national and international schools around the world are coping with grief during COVID-19; we are grieving the loss of expected celebrations, rituals and traditional transitions, particularly for the graduating class of 2020.

• How is a school community affected by this kind of global crisis?
• How can we work through it, as counselors, parents and educators?
• How can we still manage to support students’ transitions to higher education?

We will discuss these questions, as well as report back on survey feedback from our secondary school members to get a sense of what we as an International ACAC community are doing. We will also share some helpful resources. University admissions members could hear what secondary school members are coping with and doing, to help ease these students' transition to campus when classes resume.
