International ACAC invites you to promote your organization, services, or products to our members during our annual summer conference, which will be hosted this year at the Florida International University in Miami, Florida, July 11-14. The philosophy of our exhibitor program is to support services that facilitate our international work. Your organization or company has the potential to reach a diverse audience and community through your marketing choices. 

 

 

General Information 

  • Approved exhibitors must be International ACAC members.
  • The exhibit table fee is $1,500 USD. This fee does not include conference registration. 
  • Up to 35 exhibitor spaces are available.
  • Each package includes a 6' table, accommodating modest pop-up displays or table-top displays.
  • Internet access will be provided as part of the exhibitor package.
  • *NEW for 2023* The will be added incentives for attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall and Exhibitor Reception.
     

Exhibit Hall Hours 

Tuesday, July 11 1:00 - 4:00 PM Exhibit Hall Open
Wednesday, July 12 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
*The Hall will be closed for the Membership Meeting from 1:30-3:00 PM.
*The Exhibitor Reception will be from 6:30-7:30 PM.
